IMMUNITY FOR OUR COMMUNITIESAs part of NZAFF commitment to “Get Vaccinated” we are starting a Facebook campaign to try to encourage all our players to get vaccinated. The project is “Immunity for our Communities” and will be a series of short videos (selfies) of our members confirming that they are vaccinated with their reasons. There will be a prize draw for participating (see below).
We hope that this will encourage more of our community and players to get vaccinated. We want as many people as possible to take part whether they are players, partners, parents, grandparents, supporters or any another form of association to the sport. Prize draw: Each person who has a video posted on the NZAFF Facebook page will go into a draw to win one of the following:

Conditions for the competition.
- By submitting a video you will be accepting the conditions below.
- There is no guarantee that each video will be posted.
- Videos must be appropriate including:
- No swearing or aggressive language.
- No calling out individuals or groups.
- Being generally positive.
- Each video will be reviewed, and a decision made whether to post the video or not. That decision is NZAFF’s right without challenge and no correspondence entered into regarding decisions.
- One entry in the competition per person. That person can either be:
- A registered member of a NZAFF affiliated club.
- A non-member can enter but they must nominate a registered member. The reason for this is we want the first drawn prize (the helmet) to be made available to our playing community so if a non-member, or a non-playing member, gets first prize in the draw, we want to provide the helmet go to a player.
- The helmet must go to an active playing member.
- The balls can go to any person who enters correctly and has their video posted.
- Club membership registration is via the Sporty registration system and must be for the 2021/22 season (not last year). If you are unsure if you (or they) are registered then contact your club.
- Each video to be entered in the draw must be accompanied by the name of the person submitting the video and their email address.
- If the person submitting is a registered member, we also need to know their club.
- If the person submitting is a non-member we need the additional information of who the nominated registered member is and their club.
- Without this information the video may be shown but no entry in the draw because we will not know who to contact if a prize is won.
- The contact information must be correct. If a prize is won and the contact information is not correct NZAFF will re-draw for that prize and provide it to someone with the correct contact information.
- Entry into the prize draw will close on Friday the 26th November.
