NZAFF PLAYER SAFETY
Player Safety has to be a primary focus for clubs, coaches and competition organisers.
We all have a part to play. If we are proactive regarding Player Safety we will be demonstrating to our communities that we are responsible and are doing the best we can for our participants. If we are not seen to be proactive in this area the damage an incident could cause may have consequences not only on the individual(s) concerned but also on the future of the sport in NZ. In response to local and international Player Safety issues and in the best interests of the participants in our sport NZAFF has prepared the following documents. We encourage you to read the Player Safety Tool Kit and the other documents applicable to your role and, where appropriate, take action. |
